School Office Administrator 

Hours:  8.15am – 3.45pm, Monday & Tuesday (14 hours per week) 39 weeks. Term time only plus training days. Scale 4 Point 8 £26,824 (pro rata), actual salary £8,705.25.  Some additional work during the school holidays would be required, to be agreed with the Headteacher. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our supportive and friendly school. 

We wish to appoint a skilled and experienced individual with an administrative or secretarial background to work in our school office. Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills are essential for this very busy role, together with a calm approach and a positive attitude. Previous experience in an educational setting would be an advantage. The role will be a job share with an existing colleague.
